Professor Deirdre de la Cruz is an associate professor for Filipino studies at the University of Michigan. She joined our TFCU Talks stage to share her experience with Imposter syndrome. And how she learned to cope with it.

Imposter syndrome, in simple terms, is a psychological experience where individuals doubt and deny their achievements and successes. They have this fear that they are none deserving of their praises and rewards.
